    Bridging Finance

    Killarney Capital offers bridging finance so you can move quickly and capitalise on a particular opportunity that requires funding in a tight time-frame.

     

    As its name suggests, bridging finance is short term funding, typically 1-4 months.  It is commonly used in real estate transactions where a borrower needs to secure funding to purchase an asset and they either do not have the time to secure longer term funding, or may temporarily be unable to meet a lender's qualifying criteria for longer term funding.  Bridging finance loans have a wide range of applications and can provide borrowers with fast access to capital, with a minimum of red tape.
