This project involved the creation of a visually commanding 43-unit business park offering flexibility of size and usage in a desirable location close to the motorway.
Construction consisted of pre-cast concrete panels with 6 metre high stud, full height roller doors opening onto a central accessway. Units were self-contained, each with carparking and some offering mezzanine floors for additional space & storage.
