Suburban Townhouses

Not all townhouse developments are born equal, and this project in the Hutt Valley is a great example. Our client – a developer at the top of their game – applied a clever use of the site and layout of the units to create a real point of difference. The use of classic colour palettes and weatherboard-styled cladding gives these houses a timeless appearance that is harmonious with neighbouring properties.

Killarney Capital kicked off funding for the project with a low pre-sale threshold with the confidence that these houses would attract strong interest during the construction phase. They didn’t disappoint, with all units sold off the plans by the time the last lick of paint was applied.
