Three young but highly capable property professionals joined forces to develop a six-townhouse development in a desirable street just outside of Christchurch’s four avenues.
Combining their building, project management and quantity surveying expertise, the team made excellent use of the site to produce a development that enhances the street and provides quality affordable living close to the city.
Killarney Capital provided a comprehensive funding solution to refinance an existing lender and fund the development through to completion. Given the team’s capability we waived the requirement for an independent quantity surveyor – instead relying on self-certification of project costs.
